Currently we support 2 days return policy. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same must be informed to us through Returns page; within 2 days of order receipt. Kindly mention your order ID in the message.
Will accept the return only if the item is damage in transit so, please check the item properly before placing the order, make sure this is the item you need.
All our products pass through stringent quality checks to ensure positive experience to all our customers.
Kindly note that ‘size change request’ and ‘Item not liked’ cases will be considered for resellers only. Also, sale and discount section articles are not covered for replace and refund requests.
Face mask products are not eligible for returns and replacements.
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
Steps to raise return request-
- Notify our team within 2 days of product delivery and share the issue particulars using Returns page. Or email at email@example.com
- Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
- On return approval, your packet will be collected. Please keep the product ready with tags and packing intact.
- Team will place the label by themselves.
- Your exchange/refund will be initiated once the product is received at our warehouse.
As the return package is received at our address, refund will be initiated within 48 working hours basis the return policy. Refunds will be made in form of Gift Voucher that can be used on our site to make payments towards further purchases.
Partial Fulfillment Scenario
We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to achieve the same. In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfill the complete order; the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.
This policy is for the benefit of our buyers and supports them in their business. Acceptance of return requests is at the discretion of management. If the buyer is found to misuse the policy, we reserve the right to reject return request and discontinue services and/or block account of such users, who are found to be misusing or exploiting these policies or making fraudulent requests; without prior notice.
In case of more than 5% returns for any customer; the account will be deactivated.
